about us : Client Comments
Suleman & Co. has assisted many clients with their Canadian immigration needs. Below are some of our clients comments.
Dear Zool,
It is with great appreciation and our utmost respect for you and your staff that my wife and I give our thanks for all of your hard work to see our immigration process come to a successful conclusion. I cannot imagine how any other firm could have managed to see our family class immigration application through all of the twists and turns that often arise in our seldom used and infrequently successful category of immigration law. The level of personal input and response was superb. You guided us through uncertain aspects with ease and confidence. On top of your firms high standards of professionalism, the patience and general friendliness gave my wife and I total confidence that if we were to be successful, it could only occur with your representation. And more than any of the above, I also want to thank you for, to me, is the highest compliment - you are a true, compassionate Human Being. In this day and age, to me that says everything.
Cheers,
N.& V.
Thanks for your honest assessment and straightfoward answers. It will help us a lot in evaluating our immigration options. I truly appreciate that you gave your advice over phone without any charges.
I will definitely utilize your firm's services if and when we move to Vancouver. Keep up the great work!
Regards,
- Sameer
To Whom It May Concern:
I have recently received tremendous help from Suleman & Co. I am a German citizen with long-standing (>20 years) Canadian Landed Immigrant status but have been away for some time for personal reasons. On a visit back to Vancouver a year ago, an Immigration Officer revoked my status due to a misunderstanding over the new Immigration Act of 2002.
I was stranded at the airport without any Landed Immigrant paperwork. Fortunately, some good friends recommended Mr. Suleman and his law firm to me as experts in just such cases. He was my counsel over the next several months. I was impressed by his diligence and thorough understanding of the law, and also by how personally he took his role as my advocate, in the literal sense.
My appeal to retain my status was eventually presented in an Immigration Appeals Court. Mr. Suleman took personal care to prepare me thoroughly for what I might expect and again I was impressed by the efficient and professional way he had gone about obtaining all the necessary documents pertaining to my case. I had been warned before that the chances for success were extremely slim but I was so anxious to return to Canada that it was worth the effort.
Well, we won my appeal! Despite steep odds against us, I know that the greater part of our success can be attributed to Mr. Suleman and the efforts of his team. Without them, I would not be in the position I am in now -- that is, once again a Canadian Landed Immigrant. Thank you, Mr. Suleman, for helping me to live in my dream country!
Sincerely,
HU
Dear Zool,
G. and I really appreciate you talking such a thorough look at our paperwork. You really gave us peace of mind that everything is on the right track. In fact, we should have it sent on its way by Monday, which may be the happiest day of our lives!
Thanks for everything!
Sincerely,
S. P.

Dear Zool,
Thank you for your help with my sponsorship of K's immigration to Canada.
It was a great comfort through all the hoop-jumping of the sponsorship process to know that our case was in your capable hands. We are particularly grateful that your careful handling of K's previous brush with the law meant we encountered no difficulties in that regard.
Our family is secure, together, and thriving. Many thanks to you and your staff for all your work in bringing our case to a successful result!
With best regards,
K. L.
Dear Sir or Madam,
I have been in Canada as an international student for over six years. Last August 2004, I decided to change my status to a work permit. I consulted various immigration consultants and also spoke to a few Canada immigration officers. I found myself in a position where every body's expertise was showing me what to expect for someone in my situation and yet I was being misled; not because of a lack of competence but mostly because immigration matters are extremely complex over all. I spent a tremendous amount of time on CIC website and finally realized that changing status from student to worker was going to be difficult.
Then, a very close friend of mine heard that I was feeling down over the challenge I was facing. She called me and told me about a lawyer with whom her husband does business. It turned out that he is an immigration lawyer: Mr. Suleman. After highly speaking of his expertise and efficiency in his line of work, she gave me his number. My first concern was financial: I assumed that it was going to cost quite a bit of money to find out what I needed to do but time was running out. So I called Mr. Suleman's office on a Thursday, he was unavailable at the time. The following morning, Mr. Suleman called me back, I believe I was one of the first on his first things to do list: it was early in the morning.
Once given the situation, Mr. Suleman gave me his advice on how to approach the situation and all the other possible options to consider. After a 15 min. conversation, I started to realize that this man is trying to help me for the sake of helping someone. I started to feel bad because his expertise is his craft and he never asked for a fee. Most important is that his advices and expertise helped me get a working permit and I know that Mr. Suleman is a highly competent immigration lawyer, whom I will refer to my friend whenever asked for a good immigration lawyer.
I am so grateful to my friend for referring Mr. Suleman to me, and also for still being in Canada. Thank you very much Mr. Suleman.

Suleman & Company were successful in winning my overseas spousal sponsorship appeal. They were thorough and knowledgeable and their staff was very helpful. The Hearings and Appeals Officer was very laudatory about the work that Suleman and Company did. They got us the results that we needed. - C. C. To
